The Building
Park Shore, a luxurious continuing care retirement community located in the picturesque Madison Park area of Seattle, was developed by PRCN in 1963. Among the most notable attributes of Park Shore's location are the stunning views of Lake Washington and the surrounding mountains. From the 15th-floor promenade deck, residents can enjoy the panoramic vista, which includes spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker.
The Park Shore community features:
- 126 independent living apartments,
- 29 assisted living apartments (studio, alcove, and one-bedroom) on the third and fourth floors, and
- An on-site, Medicare-certified Health Center with 28 skilled-nursing beds on the second floor.
Park Shore also offers beautifully decorated common areas, where residents can enjoy spending time with each other and with friends and family. These areas include: the lobby; lounge; dining room; library; computer learning center; chapel; garden room for private parties, luncheons and meetings; and boat dock pavilion for barbecues and lakeside relaxation.
